Rabid Nerd provides computer repair, sales, consulting, and AI-powered technical triage ("Services"). All services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, our AI assistant, Liz, may occasionally provide incomplete or incorrect information. All quotes and diagnoses are not final until a physical inspection is completed by our technicians.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We will provide a quote for any repair after a free diagnostic. Payment is due upon completion of services or at the time of product pickup.

4. Data Loss

While we take every precaution to protect your data, Rabid Nerd is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. We strongly recommend that you back up all your important files before submitting your device for service. Data recovery services are provided on a "best effort" basis and are not guaranteed.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rabid Nerd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
